Jilin JiMont Acrylic Fiber Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Stock Co., Ltd. and Montefibre S.p.A. with total land coverage of 122, 000 hectares, a registered capital of RMB 450 million, 480 employees including 37 (7.7%) technicians.

    Company was founded on Dec. 6th, 2005, and was put into production at the end of Oct. 2006. Company introduced DMAC two-step wet spinning process from Montefibre S.p.A. and adopted world-class equipment and automated assembly. The whole manufacturing techniques are controlled by DCS, which is modern advanced level of the world. The main equipments are imported from Italy, Germany, and U.S.A. with advantages of high degree of continuous production and automation, high efficiency, large productive capacity and high stability. The process is controlled by TPS which was from HONEYWELL Company in U.S.A. with specialty of good stability, powerful function, safety and reliability, and high exploitability.

    Company has 2 polymerization production lines and 11 spinning production lines including 7 lines in the first step and 4 in the second. This can make single production line has certain capacity and also can meet the need of producing various products. The annual capacity is 150,000 tons acrylic fiber including colored fiber, flame-retardant fiber, low pill, high shrinkage specialized fiber, etc .The product has good stability, spinnability, handle, bulkiness, great differential variety, which is mainly used in the area of carpet, clothes and toy etc. The tow is packed in big bales. Each bale is about 1000kg.
