Our company was first founded in 1960 ,and was put into production in 1964 and in 1993 it was changed into Jilin Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd. from the former name Jilin Chemical Fiber Factory. Through more than 30 years' tapping latent power, remolding and extending, the production of viscose staple fiber had developed into 55,000 tons from the former 3400 tons , and visose filament fiber 22000 tons. It's the biggest Co.in production scale and the key corporation of producing chemical fiber.

The main products were viscose staple fiber and viscose filament, of which both got the designation of " products satisfying the consumers ". The product sales scope distributes into more than 20 provinces ; Japan, America, Korean, Italy, Hongkong and taiwan and so on. In 2002 the rate of importing Chinese products occupyied Chinese market: Korean about 20%, Japan about 60%.
