F: Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co.Ltd. standard factory building item
一、Necessity：
Chemical fiber has the closed relations to the profession of gauze, textile, dying and dresses. Since it entered into WTO, the exporting output of textile would increase gradually becouse of the quota of textile being conceled gradually, which would be a good opportunity to extend production and promot the benefit. They still uesd Jilin chemical fiber materials to develop further processing item and extend industrial scope. They produced cotton-covered wire which were sold on the spot, or exported directly from Dalian Port that reduced the cost of packing and cost for transporting to the south.
The item was constructed by itself, then made use of factory buildings to attract the investments of interior and overseas and found textile further processing factory. They still introduced lower level products to extend industrial scope and finnaly formed the structure of fiber gathering.
二、Choosing location of the company：
It located on the west of Textile District,Jilin Technical&Economical Development Region, to south is Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co.,Xijie Developing District No.1 street. First project occupied 67,200 squre meters and the constructing area 30,776 square meters.Second project would occupied 95,000 square meters and the constructing area 50,000 squre meters.
三、The condition of forming complete set of Public project ：
The public project of the item was totally provided by the Group company and settled an account once each month as certain charging standard which was controled by calculating watch.
四、Plans for the item：
The first project would be constructed in two parts,first part 12,000 squre meters that would be completed in December 2004, and second part would be completed in July 2005. Then we would start socond project.
五、Requirments for attracting bussiness：
Since the fourth year the group company would have rental 5 yuan per month and per squre meter,and the first three months free of charge(begin from being put into production formally)
