D：The brief introduction of the item of 18,000 tons vinegar filament fiber
一、The necessity of putting forward the item
In the late 1950s, many research institutes and enterprises have substituted vinegar filament fiber for silk successfully, and now there are already two enterprises constructed 500 tons and 1000 tons per year experimental equipment. But becouse it is limited by technique, so it couldn't develop continuely which became the blank of China textile industry. In the late 1980s, our country imported 20,000,000 meters vinegar filament fiber( eaqual to 2000 tons ).Since 1989, it incesed to 40,000,000 meters, and since the 1990s the importing price was expensive (45,000--60,000) which used a lot of our foreign exchange.Since 1989 the output reached 10,000 -12,000 tons/year, including vinegar filament fiber and compounding gauze. It is counted that the volume of demand now in China is more than 20,000 tons/year，combining potential market, we decide to develop 18,000 tons vinegar filment fiber. It will fill the blank of our textile industry after being put into production and the same time will optimze our breeds, which will make structure reasonable and increase our economic profits.

The scope of the item 18,000 tons/year, total investments 472,500,000 yuan, fixed assets investments 412,200,000 yuan, floating bunds 60,300,000 yuan, raising by itselt 141,750,000 yuan, and granting a loan to the banks 330,750,000 yuan.

The sales income reached 587,250,000 yuan, taxes 254,700,000 yuan, profits 134,550,000 yuan. The stage of retrieving:3-9 years(including construction period one year)
